Target identified

Federal dockets, victim intake, and casework are scanned against the Kinetic targeting index. Candidates enter review.

02 · DOCUMENT

Primary source pulled

The underlying filing, order, or case record is retrieved and archived. No tag exists without its document.

03 · REVIEW

Human verification

Address, entity, and context are verified against the document by an operator. Confidence class is assigned, never inflated.

04 · SEAL

Signed and versioned

The tag is written to GraphSense TagPack YAML, hashed, signed, and released in a versioned drop with its citation attached.

Each record carries a source URL or archived document reference. A tag that cannot be cited does not ship. Labels only, never graph structure.

Wallets named in filings, orders, and judgments across US federal courts. Document-verified, citation attached. The highest confidence class in the feed.

Addresses attributed during Kinetic and partner investigations, corroborated across independent matters before release.

Verified reports

Scam addresses reported by victims through the Meridian intake, verified with documentation before entering review.

EXCLUSION RULE

Public aggregator data and republished feeds are used for dedupe and negative filtering only. They never enter the CipherCanon feed as source material.

Releases are immutable. Each drop is hashed, signed, and delivered to the exclusive partner before any public surface.
